Dedicated to cultivating a culture that puts the patient at the center of all we do, the TopLine MD Patient Experience training delivers a hospitality-infused approach to healthcare to implement in your office.

We welcome all TopLine MD office managers and supervisors to join the first phase of our exciting new training program this Fall! Each training session will feature a professional psychologist/motivational speaker to bring our course topics to life.

Foundations of Patient Experience topics include:

  • TopLine MD Service Values
  • Defining and measuring the patient experience
  • Learning communication strategies
  • Handling difficult situations
  • Implementing service recovery
  • Understanding your influence

This 3-hour session is exclusively for office managers and supervisors. Food will be provided at the start of each session, so please arrive on time!
