New to Meditation & Mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice? This is the perfect class for you. In this class we learn the process of mindful meditation and bringing the body, mind & spirit into alignment. We will go over some fresh persepctives on the practice, review the science, discuss your expectations, answer any questions, and of course meditate.
We will be guided through a Body Scan meditation in order to get a feel for the fact that where attention goes, energy flows. We will discuss and get a demonstration of Sound Meditation and learn the power of vibration through Crystal Sound Bowls, Gong, and bells. We will finish with Silent Zazen Meditation which invites you to sink below the noise so you can hear the whispers of your heart.
