About your presenters:

E. Jake Gamble is the President & Founder of Leadership Support Services, LLC. (Est. 2009)

As a leadership and performance coach, Jake's primary focus is leadership coaching, staff training, and executive development. In addition to working with smaller entities, Mr. Gamble has been the lead trainer for companies with annual revenues of $100 million or more. He is also an accomplished keynote and conference speaker who has spoken at local, regional, state, and international events.

As a business professor, Jake has taught over twenty course titles at the university level. He currently serves as an adjunct business professor for Indiana Tech and Ivy Tech Community College. In addition to his classroom teaching, Jake also provides developmental workshops for university staff and adjuncts. He has served Indiana Purdue Fort Wayne (IPFW), Indiana Tech, Ball State University, and Ivy Tech Community College in that capacity.

Rebecca Spuller is the President & Founder of Spuller Leadership Consulting

With more than 17 years working for Fortune 500 companies as well as for small, privately owned businesses, Rebecca Spuller has extensive experience in a variety of HR functions including labor relations, facilitation and training, recruiting, talent management and organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in General Studies, minor in Labor Studies and Organizational Leadership & Supervision

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, focusing on Industrial/Organizational Psychology

  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) accreditation from the Human Resource Certification Institute

  • Senior Certified Professional designation through SHRM (SHRM-SCP)

  • Member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)

  • Member of the Northeast Indiana Human Resource Association chapter of SHRM.

Local parking is available in Fort Wayne, IN. Parking is at your expense.

Refreshments will be provided. Lunch is on your own.

Handouts will be provided. You should bring a pen or pencil for notetaking.
