About this Event
Come learn how to create ferments in your own home. The micro biome and the beneficial bacteria in your body are responsible for nutrient absorption, serotonin production, and proper assimilation. This class will cover: lacto-fermentation of vegetables, milk kefir, water kefir and kombucha. We will incorporate medicinal herbs and wild foods into our ferments to create wild probiotic, medicinal, superfoods.
