About the workshop:

Come hear from Kiristine Di Bacco, Partner at Fenwick & West, discuss the most common legal mistakes entrepreneurs make and what you need to do to avoid them. Learn about how to incorporate your business, set the terms of ownership among the founders, and other legal nuts and bolts you need to consider in the early days of your startup.

About the Instructor:

Kristine Di Bacco represents emerging technology companies primarily in the consumer Internet, e-commerce, FinTech, digital health, consumer hardware and software sectors at Fenwick & West.

This workshop will take place at 4:00 pm on Monday 4/17.

Please note that this workshop is only open to current NYU community members. Your NYU ID is required at check-in.
