In 2013, the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) began executing on its four-year strategic plan focused on using innovation and technology to create operational efficiencies and drive public sector transformation. The plan’s eight strategic outcomes have resulted in significant changes to some of the organization’s processes, people and culture.
The presentation will be a hybrid of the PechaKucha model that uses images vs. words to convey a message. We will use a combination of images, analytics and good old fashioned storytelling to share our organization’s enterprise-wide change management journey.
