About this event
The purpose of this workshop is to bring together elected leaders countywide to develop a vision and strategic goals that will lead to shared positive outcomes in our community. Discussion will focus on key countywide initiatives to help inform the development of the 2050 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP), also known as Advantage Pinellas. Advantage Pinellas is a strategic plan to improve safety, mobility and economic opportunity, consistent with the Countywide Plan for land use and redevelopment. As a metropolitan planning organization, Forward Pinellas determines what projects should receive state and federal funding in Pinellas County through this long range plan.
