In November, the president of the University of Missouri system resigned amid protests over racism, tensions which spread to colleges across the country. In this hour, live from San Jose State University, we'll talk about racial issues on campus, the balance between tolerance and free speech, and efforts to promote dialogue and healing.
In, 2013 hate crime charges were filed against four white SJSU students for allegedly bullying their African-American dorm mate. In response, the school set up an 18-member special task force, which came up with recommendations for reforms a year later. How much has changed?
