Join instructor Nancy Rubino from Wave Health & Fitness for a lengthening and powerful pilates class! This class focuses on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core strength & flexibility through continuous movements. The class is designed to improve posture & increase muscular endurance, suitable for all fitness levels. Please bring your own mat.
