Event description

Description

Join us for an evening of true storytelling at The Fort Lauderdale Story Slam!!

The Fort Lauderdale Story Slam is a live storytelling competition in which people tell true stories about their own lives. The evening features eight storytellers—including both newbies and seasoned public speakers—and you just never know what you’re going to hear.

The stories can be funny, intense, moving, quirky, eye-opening, and even controversial, as the storytellers invite you to see the world through their eyes. Throughout the evening the audience members are invited to join in with fun, interactive storytelling games between the stories.

The theme on September 13th is: "Whodunnit?!?"

Doors open at 6pm for pre-show entertainment including LIVE MUSIC
