Speakers:

Charlie Hoehn is the author of Play It Away, which has sold more than 10,000 copies.Charlie’s articles on mental health have been read by more than 4 million people. His blog is the #1 Google result for the search “anxiety cure," and his essay titled Mass Shootings in America, and Why Men Keep Doing This was one of the of the most popular articles of on Medium.com in 2017. Charlie’s work has been featured in more than 50 media outlets, including NPR’s TED Radio Hour, Fast Company, Harvard Business Review, Tim Ferriss’ Blog, and many others. He has spoken at The Pentagon, Fort Hood, Fort Bragg, and Fort Presidio.Currently, Charlie is the Head of Video for Scribe Media, based in Austin Texas.

JT McCormick is currently the President and CEO of Scribe Media, a publishing company that’s created an entirely new way for you to write a book. The company has worked with more than 900 authors and was recently ranked in their category as the #2 best company to work for in Austin. Previously he was the President of Headspring Software, and helped grow it to a multi-million dollar 100+ person company which was repeatedly ranked as one the best places to work in all of Texas. JT is also the author of "I Got There: How I Overcame Racism, Poverty, and Abuse to Achieve the American Dream." His book tells the story of how he worked his way out of poverty, starting his career cleaning toilets and eventually becoming the President of multiple companies. Over the past five years, JT has mentored at-risk youth in the juvenile justice system as well as youth within low economic communities. He has also coordinated Backpack Drives for numerous elementary schools in low economic communities, providing over 3,000 backpacks filled with school supplies for students. JT’s work has been featured on CNBC, Entrepreneur, Forbes, Inc and many others. He lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Megan, and their three children Ava, Jaxon and Elle.

Bill Douglas, aka ResilienceGuy: Professionally: Bill is a lifetime entrepreneur. Currently he's the CEO of OpticWise, which provides world class Security, Infrastructure & Connectivity (SIC™) services. He's started/sold/acquired/exited multiple businesses, raised capital from various sources, made the INC & others growth awards multiple times, seen several upturns/downturns, awarded a US Patent, done turn-arounds, been on boards, and more. Personally: Bill has survived two near-death experiences, is a single father, was rocked by a medical diagnosis, volunteered in the aftermath of several natural disasters, sought personal growth, pursued unique experiences, intentionally gained 38 pounds in one year, and more…. He's a mechanical engineering graduate from Georgia Tech and of the prestigious Entrepreneurial Master’s Program at MIT. Bill has seen both sides of life and both sides of success. Many experiences have taught & molded him and he now shares those as a strategic advisor and entrepreneurial coach in order to help others grow and succeed.


Matt Elledge COL (R) Matt Elledge served 26 years as an Infantryman in U.S. Army and had the privilege to lead units from Platoon (34) to Brigade (5,000) in and out of combat. He is currently serving as the Director of the Veterans Land Board for the state of Texas. He is the author of “The Buy In Theory”, which provides the principles required to developing a high performance organization. He is an ambassador for American Dream U a 501(c)(3) non-profit that supports transitioning service members in a successful transition from military service to the business world. He is the Founder of Embrace The Edge that supports veteran business owners in developing the business battle drills and disciplined mindset needed to dominate their sector. He is also the co-founder of Peace In Valor a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization where he has developed the Disciplined Mindset Protocol, a two month free group coaching program to assist Veterans in creating a life by design and not live life by default.

Phil Randazzo currently spends his time writing, consulting, and developing American Dream U a nonprofit with the mission of helping military members and families find their purpose. Over 17,000 people in 85+ events have been impacted. The program, taught by some of the world’s best and most successful entrepreneurs, is designed to provide soldiers, airmen, sailors, marines, and coast guard personnel with the tools to obtain their dream job or start their business. Phil was invited to the White House in 2015, spoke and testified in front of Congress, was given the key to the City of Las Vegas, and was commissioned by Governor Sandoval as a member of the Veterans Services Commission.
