★★★★★ - Shelley S.
"Very informative. Super nice guide that gave us a very interactive tour where we truly enjoyed conversation with a fellow paranormal believer. I've lived here my entire life and even I learned a few things."

★★★★★ - Jennifer J.
"We had a great time. The guide was engaging and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this to my friends."

Ticket Policy:

Please note that ticket sales for tours end at noon on day of the tour - this is to streamline ticketing and ensure consistent guest experience. After noon, you will be able to purchase tickets for tours running that night, joining with those that purchased before noon. You will see those dates via the "SELECT A DATE" button above.

To avoid disappointment, we suggest all groups that would like a specific time to purchase tickets 24 hours in advance.

Ticketing FAQ:

Q: I decided to not go on the tour after buying tickets. Can I get a refund?
A: Sadly, we cannot offer refunds. All sales are final – this is to streamline our ticketing and make attending accessible and easy for everyone.

Q: Something has come up. Can I transfer my tickets to another time?

You can transfer tickets to another time - please check with Tim Starnes, Producer, to ensure that a tour will be running at the time you plan to transfer your visit to. We ask that you please inform us as soon as possible if you intend request a change of tour time.

Q: Can I gift or give my tickets to someone else to use?

A: Absolutely. We don't mind whose name is on the ticket, as long as the ticket is used for the right date and time.

Q: Do I need to print tickets?
A: Not necessarily, if you have access to the emailed copy of the tickets (it is sent with the receipt right after you purchase) you can present it to your tour guide – if not, please bring a printout of the ticket.

Q: What if it rains?
A: Our tours run as long as there isn't a presence of lightning or extreme rain/wind. Should under extreme consequences your tour be canceled by Ethereal Crack for safety concerns, you will be notified and either refunded or free to reschedule.

Tour FAQ:

Q: Are people going to pop out and scare us?

A: While it would be pretty funny, no, nobody on our staff will try to startle you by jumping out or doing anything crazy, like at a haunted house. This walk is all about the true stories, not getting a scream out of you.

Q: Is it too scary for my seven year old?

A: We wish we could help you, but we don’t know your child. Some of the stories can be a little intense, so practice your better judgment. For children who want to go but are a little scared of going in the dark, we suggest our 5 and 6 P.M. tour options – it isn’t so dark then.

Our tour guides are trained in catering stories to groups. If you have younger children in your group, the stories will be told in a way that the ghastlier details will go over their head, but still get to yours.

Q: How much walking is there?

A: Our tour is designed to move at a moderate pace for one hour along the streets of downtown. We suggest all participants are able to endure normal levels of activity and go up and down stairs.

Q: Is the walk handicap accessible?

A: We try our best to make all tour routes as accessible as possible, however, it is sometimes difficult on historic downtown streets. Please contact Tim Starnes, Ethereal Crack president and executive producer to arrange accommodations.

Q: Can I bring a flashlight? Can I record or take pictures?

A: Absolutely. We only ask that you do not use flash photography, as it is distracting and can blind your guide and other guests.

Q: How do we find our guide? What if I get separated from the group?

A: Your guide will be standing by your designated meeting point with a lantern, and dressed in period costume. They will be hard to miss. Please give your tour guide ten minutes before and after your assigned meeting time to arrive, as tours can sometimes go a little over or under one hour with street conditions.

Q: Is it safe?

A: We love our guests, so, yes; of course, our walk is safe. We expect that all guests are mindful of their personal safety, as we are walking on the sidewalks of public, sometimes busy, streets. Stay on the sidewalks, watch for cars, and obey traffic laws just as you would when not on the tour.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to Ethereal Crack not being responsible for any injuries - physical, mental, or otherwise. Tour participants are entirely responsible for their own condition and safety. Your ticket acts of waiver of any liability on Ethereal Crack, its directors, staff, and employees.
