Discover the benefits of forest therapy

About this Event

RAIN DATE OF JUNE 16 IN EFFECT

Intuitively, we know that nature is good for us. Scientific research is now providing ample evidence of how forest therapy can reduce blood pressure, alleviate stress, increase concentration, and boost your immune system, among other benefits. Forest therapy is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, described as an immersion in the forest.

Forest therapy guide, Andrea Prazmowski leads this two-hour session in a small urban forest in Ottawa's west end.
