This is a FREE programme for the Ukrainian community in Kilkenny.
This is an adult only programme - Age 18+
This is an opportunity for those who have fled the war in Ukraine to engage in a restorative activity. Forest Therapy is grounded in mindfulness, nature connection, and sensory awareness practices. Participants are supported to immerse their senses in nature, slow down, and reconnect with themselves, each other, and their natural environment. This activity is open to men and women.
