What is Forest Bathing?

Based on the Japanese nature therapy, Shinrin Yoku, forest bathing is time spent immersed in nature, under the tree canopy.

When you book, you will receive an email which includes a list of what to wear and bring. Plus a registration form, which must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event.
