Forest Bathing for a Cause: Giving Back Through Nature
Overview
Join Kris from Evergreen Moose for a peaceful afternoon of Forest Bathing — a guided nature experience designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural world.
In this special Giving Back edition, all proceeds will be donated to the Food Bank for Larimer County to help nourish local families affected by the recent hold of SNAP benefits.
You’ll be gently guided through mindfulness invitations, nature connection exercises, and quiet moments of reflection — perfect for restoring calm and cultivating gratitude.
