Description

Forests are crucial to tackling climate change. Therefore, introducing a legislative framework that genuinely accounts for emissions and removals in the EU, is of utmost importance.

As the European Parliament discusses how best to approach the new land use and forestry (LULUCF) file, Sirpa Pietikäinen MEP and Paul Brannen MEP invite you to discuss how the new LULUCF Regulation could help ensure that forests, particularly the boreal forest in the EU plays a role in tackling climate change.

Spaces are limited and will be attributed on a first come, first served basis.

It will be followed by a drinks reception from 7-8pm in the JAN 3 Q Brasserie
