Event Details

Hello entrepreneurs!

Foreign Startups brings together global founders and executives of technology start-ups seeking traction and growth in the United States. The event hosts entrepreneurs and professionals from tech startups at various stages of growth, with a common purpose of transition and growth in the U.S. and globally. We are passionate about our ventures and bring you success stories that are redefining our world and future.

We have partnered with 5 domain experts from SV's startup ecosystem to present you ideas to accelerate your startup's growth in the United States. In an interactive Q&A session, gain knowledge on topics like:

- Choosing the right legal entity to set up your startup for investment

- Tips for entrepreneurs looking for equity financing from angels, VCs, etc.

- Intellectual property concerns (i.e., confidential information, trademarks, patents)

- Importance of collecting and showcasing financial data to your investors

- Visas, Green Cards, and navigating U.S. business immigration

- Transferring money from parent companies abroad to American subsidiaries

Our panelists hail from professional service firms for startups, and have collectively supported hundreds of early-stage founders in San Francisco and across the country. This special event will feature discussions relevant to global startup founders.

Join us for an evening of learning, networking, fun, food and drinks with Foreign Startups.
