Event Details

Both cultivated and foraged foods grace The Good Keuken table. Explore three key regions of the northwest to learn about our wild bounty – the Oregon Coast, Mt. Hood and an urban trek through the city of Portland. Led by expert plantswoman and forager, Sara Pool, students gain knowledge, recipes and a wild cache.

 

Low tide is at 9:00 am – an early day! Clamming options include purple varnish clams, butter clams, cockles, littlenecks, and possibly horseneck clams. A shellfish license is required for this trip.
