In this mushroom class, we will go out and forage local mushrooms from 10am until 1pm before returning to Chesapeake's Bounty prepare, cook, and sample our harvest.
Mushrooms are one of the most important and sustainable sources of food and science is discovering more and more medicincal uses for these amazing beings. We will be hiking through the forest so please dress accordingly. Children are welcome and those 12 and under are free.
