FORAGE & FERMENT with Martin Bailey from @goforaging -

Forage seasonal winter micro-greens. Learn what’s good to eat, as well as what not to eat, plus take home some delicious fermented recipes with which to impress your friends.

There’ll be a chance to nibble on plants foraged along the way and also to sample some tasty, home herbal tea made from martin’s own collection of wild plants - He’ll also be making some warming wild soup made from foraged leaves & a big loaf of sourdough bread to share.

A few plants we can expect to see include Lesser Celandine, Cleavers, Wood Avens and Dandelions!




We’ll be venturing on a morning forage before enjoying a light lunch of sourdough, soup, ferments, wild garlic hummus-pesto, a few other homemade, wild condiments. We’ll then start the wild fermentation workshop with all our foraged goodies!


*Arrival time 9.30-9.45am

- Please bring a small container for which you can take home / collect herbs in and also two glass jars for your ferments!
