Description

"For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When The Rainbow Is Enuf" by Ntozake Shange is presented in special arrangement with SAMUEL FRENCH, INC.

Directed by Iris Goode-Middleton, this groundbreaking "choreopoem" is a spellbinding collection of vivid prose and free verse narratives about and performed by Black women. Capturing the brutal, tender, and dramatic lives of contemporary Black women, FOR COLORED GIRLS... offers a transformative, riveting evening of provacative dance, music, and poetry. There will be FOUR (4) performances, which are listed below. Due to the subject matter, parental discretion is advised.
