Those of us who have experienced trauma know what it feels like to have a body, but not be in our body.
Kundalini Yoga helps reconnect us with our internal center by emphasizing movement associated with the physical core. As a result, we start to experience the stability, strength and power within and organically find new ways of defining ourselves and our experiences.
All bodies, espcially big, BIPOC, femme bodies are are welcomed!
Demetria Jackson will be leading us through a Trauma Sensitive Kundalini Yoga Class! For more information on our mentor, check out her website! http://www.demetriajackson.com/
