FOOTBALL POSTPONED DUE TO "Road to Independence"
Saturday, November 2, 2013 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (PDT)
Seize the opportunity to participate at Empowerment Workshops to help you navigate through life with the knowledge you’ll need to improve your quality of life. Workshops start at 10:00 a.m. and run every 15 minutes. Be sure to sign-up at the Workshop Counter! Workshops have been very helpful in the past with dispersing the youth over a larger area and having an intensive discussion about topics.
(In order to serve the projected 150 youth in the two hour timeframe it would be helpful to have either two classes that will accommodate 10 youth for 15 minutes.
With two classes at 15 minutes each class over two hours that allows for 160 youth to be served. That should work nicely and give opportunity for the youth to learn. It would also be helpful if we had a hand out to pass the youth. Especially for the managing household workshop. These would be our needs.
