Course Objectives: Provide trainees with a level of awareness, knowledge and understanding of the management of food hygiene & HACCP requirements as per the FSAI Training Guidelines Level 3 including: microbiological, chemical, physical and allergen hazards, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point management, controls and procedure for Critical Control and Control Points, food legislation, management of HACCP
Location: Musgrave Marketplace Airport Road Cork
Duration: 8 hours (9-5pm) including course assessment Cost: €75pp (+booking fee)
Target Audience: All owners, managers, supervisors, staff with responsibilities to overseeing food safety controls. Trainees must have completed level 2 course or have suitable experience.
All training courses include PDF copies of course notes and trainee certificates. Certificates are valid for up to 2 years.
