Wed, April 12, 2017, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM EDT
Foodborne illness can strike anyone. Safe steps in food handling, cooking, and storage are essential to prevent foodborne illness. You can’t see, smell, or taste harmful bacteria that may cause illness. In every step of food preparation, it is important to be consistent in practicing safe food handling procedures. This class will discuss food safety in your kitchen and ways to reduce your risk of foodborne illness. Register early through Eventbrite.com to reserve your spot and receive notice of any changes.
