If you had to recall your product, would you know what to do?

Recalls and recall plans will be the topic of discussion at a seminar hosted by the Center for Innovative Food Technology (CIFT), Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2017 from 5 – 6:30 p.m. at the Northwest Ohio Cooperative Kitchen (NOCK). 

Stacy Vernon, project manager, CIFT, will explain areas such as recall classifications, determining if a recall is necessary, common elements of a plan, recall notifications, how to test your plan, and more in this highly interactive seminar.

The cost is just $30/person for current NOCK tenants or $45 for non-tenants (pay online, or cash/check at door) which includes great networking and light refreshments. Check payable to CIFT.
