About this Event
$20 covers the cost of all classes.
- Class 1, August 4, will cover Introduction to Drying, the equipment needed, and drying herbs.
- Class 2, August 11, will cover Drying Fruits & Vegetables
- Class 3, August 18, will Freezing as a method food preservation
- Class 4, August 25, will cover Making Jerky.
Participation
- All classes will be held online from 5:30-6:30 PM, live.
- All classes will be recorded.
- The participation link will be sent to each participant on the day of the event.
- A password protected link will be sent the following day to view the recording and videos.
