Event description
Food+ Mood | How to navigate your holiday food, mood + attitude gracefully

About this Event

Tired of the cycle of craving, bloating and feeling bad?

Are your pants too tight so now you're buying another pair? (again)

It's an exhausting cycle, which causes more frustration and discomfort in our already stretched lives...no pun intended.

Sure..."we'll just wait until after the holidays to feel better."

The holidays can be a time where we eat too much, drink like we're dealing with our repressed teenage selves, and trying to disconnect from the exhaustion work and life have caused.

Let's apply the same rules that have worked for our bodies all year long! Join us for a feel good/look good approach this holiday season...

  • Join Katie Grimes, Love Mindset Coach, helping women reprogram their beliefs around love to attract a life they love. She's talking about how finding the one (partner and job) led her to make some decisions around food that caused more harm than good and how one boss, changed everything.
  • She's invited her Functional Medicine Dietitian, Megan Gerber of Five Journeys, to get real with us about how food + mood go hand in hand. Meg will share her personal journey with food; from her education to her lessons learned; and how it really is an individualized approach when it comes to which foods love our bodies back.

We've got 3 tips that will rock your world and have you feeling happy as well as ahead of the curve in time for New Years! Organic bites will be available to taste! The event is open to all bodies & backgrounds.
