Stretching your body and improving your diet can relax your mind, give you energy, and help you feel happier with life.

Learn how food and yoga can help with:

  • Sleep

Wear workout clothes and prepare to enjoy food tastings!

Classes are free. Taught by Jen Rhi Winders, MSW and yoga instructor.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Connecting Point is accessible by car or by bus.

There is a covered bus stop on Sutton Way with a paved path leading right up to the front door. Take Gold Country Stage Route 4 to the Glenbrook Shopping Center. Let the driver know you are headed to the Laura Wilcox Building. The bus stops at approximately 10 after the hour (2:10, 3:10, 4:10). Call 211 for help planning your trip.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?


Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
