Due mesi, 16 studenti-ricercatori di 10 nazionalità, 12 città e 10 Paesi in tutto il mondo, partendo dall’Italia: il Future Food Institute di Bologna, organizzazione no-profit italiana impegnata nella ricerca, nella promozione e nella formazione nell’ambito dell’innovazione nel settore agroalimentare presenterá la seconda edizione della “Food innovation Global Mission” a Cibus 2018.
L'iniziativa, patrocinata dal Ministero degli Affari Esteri e Cooperazione Interazionale, partirá da Bologna il prossimo 12 maggio e vedrà coinvolta la delegazione del “Food Innovation Program”, Master internazionale di secondo livello sulla Food Innovation organizzato dall’Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, Future Food Institute di Bologna e l’Institute For the Future di Palo Alto.
Una missione di due mesi nei principali food tech hub del mondo (Amsterdam, Madrid, Valencia Berlino, Toronto, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Mumbai e Bangkok) per studiare e ricercare i casi più eccellenti sui temi della sostenibilità ed economia circolare, futuro delle proteine, innovazione agricola in contesti rurali ed urbani sempre più “smart”, il futuro dei food service.
Incontro di approfondimento sui quattro temi di ricerca con il team del Food Innovation Program ed i partner dell’iniziativa.

Two months, 16 student-researchers of 10 nationalities, 12 cities and 10 countries around the world, starting from Italy: the Future Food Institute of Bologna, an Italian non-profit organization engaged in research, promotion and training in the innovation and agri-food sector will present the Second Edition of the "Food Innovation Global Mission".
The initiative, sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, will start from Bologna on May 12th. The delegation is composed by students of the "Food Innovation Program," a second level international Master’s organized at UNIMORE by Future Food Institute in collaboration with the Institute For the Future of Palo Alto.
The young talents will be involved in a two-month mission to the main food hubs of the world
(Amsterdam, Madrid, Valencia, Berlin, Toronto, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Mumbai and Bangkok) to study and research on the topics of sustainability, circular economies, future of proteins, agricultural innovation in rural and urban area as we become "smart,” and the future of food service.
An in-depth meeting on the four research topics with the Food Innovation Program will follow after the Mission is complete, with the partners of the initiative.
