Description

Food is an integral part of all our lives. This is especially true of Hong Kong, one of the world's culinary capitals. Yet public awareness of the effects of consumer choice on the wider environment is still relatively low.

To help us better understand the issues, we've assembled a select group of experts in their respective fields. We'll ask them to share their thoughts on the state of food sustainability and what we can all do to help. Panel members will include:

  • Peter Find, Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton
  • Stan Shea from Choose Right Today, and
  • Cristina McLauchlan, Brand Manager at MANA!

Following the discussion, Peter will perform a culinary demonstration using sustainable New Zealand salmon. The remainder of the session will be for guests to mingle and sample food and drinks from an exclusive tasting menu.
