Description

Join me for a 90 minute presentation focused in Chinese medicine and recipes for Fall seasonal foods for health. We will discuss how whole foods can provide strength and replenishment to the lungs and colon during the harvest time of the year. We will begin with introduction to learning how to build lung health and strengthen digestion through intentional whole foods cooking and complete the class with tastings. All attendees will receive a recipe and presentation book.
