The National Cancer Institute research shows that as much as 33% of cancer risk may be related to diet. In this 5 week class series, you will learn about the right food choices that can help reduce the risk of developing cancer as well as prevent a recurrence. Data & information from the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine will be shared, as well as plant-based cooking demos.
Recipes & helpful handouts will be shared with the participants each week. Participants will also receive the Zoom link for the class prior to each week .
This is a 5 week virtual Zoom class starting on September 26, 2022 (every Monday evening 6-8PM) through October 24, 2022.
