Our food development process is open to the public.
This is where new food is born at Clover. We taste new menu items, consider new products from local farmers or producers, and discuss food quality control for the company.
Come taste with us, or pitch your own ideas for our menu! It can be an old family recipe, inspirations from food you have eaten while traveling, or something that takes advantage of what is in season in New England.
If you really feel passionate about a recipe we encourage you to cook it for us so we can taste it. You can even do this in one of our kitchens.
