Get a crash course on everything you need to know to start a food truck. Hear from local food truck owners on why a mobile operation is a great way to start your restaurant concept. Plus learn the fundamental steps you’ll need to take to get rolling (pun intended). Hosted by Kitchen 66.

Sourcing locally is a growing trend in the restaurant industry; however, it can be a challenging endeavor to undertake. To help bring the farm to the table, Kitchen 66 is hosting an event to encourage local sourcing by bringing together Oklahoma farmers and chefs. Farmers and chefs will be paired up based on what they grow and what they are looking to buy.
