FONA's Winter Festival

Shop from local vendors, buy Christmas trees and holiday greenery, and enjoy free holiday-themed family activities. Have a hassle-free holidays and get all your shopping done in one place! Dogs are allowed on a leash. Registration is preferred but not required. Please let us know you're coming.

Tree Sale (Dec 3 & 10)

Buy Christmas trees and holiday greenery at the National Arboretum. Trees are available for pre-order and can be delivered or picked up at the Christmas Tree Sale on Dec. 3rd or the Winter Festival on Dec. 10th. Or you can wait to buy them in-person at either event.

We will have a Christmas Tree Sale on Saturday, December 3rd from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Only Christmas trees, wreaths, and garlands will be available on this day. The full Festival will be December 10th.

Family Activities

Holiday-themed activities will be offered in partnership with DC Child Care Connections, the District’s Child Care Resource and Referral program funded through the Office of the State Superintendent of Education’s Division of Early Learning. Registration is for family activities is encouraged but not required.
