Event description

Description

Please note that this event is limited to NYU Law students and alumni.

Please join Engelberg Center Fellow Sarah Feingold (former GC and first in-house attorney of Etsy and Vroom) as she introduces her nontraditional career path mentorship program for NYU students and recent graduates. Sarah will outline how she went from a jeweler to a law firm associate to the 17th employee of Etsy, providing her five lessons learned along the way. She'll share tips for students and lawyers on how to best position themselves to create the careers they want.

This event is the first part of an Engelberg Center career mentorship program for technology and nontraditional career paths. Participants will be able to sign up for longer term mentoring and careers discussions with Sarah and her team.

Light refreshments will be served.
