Come ready to dismantle your current limiting beliefs, emotions & habits with new Focused Freedom Sessions!

EFT is a technique out of the field of NLP that is meant to help release stagnant emotion & energy. It is based on the same principles of acupuncture/acupressure, except it's painless! ;) EFT has been proven to have a 98% efficacy rate when used intentionally and correctly (source: The Library of Medicine). This technique is a way to release the emotions, limiting beliefs & habits that are blocking you from your dream reality.

Each week, Katie, your certified EFT practitioner & coach, will be walking you through how to implement EFT and will be hosting LIVE EFT sequences on various topics. Each session will consist on about 10-12 rounds of tapping, creating personalized hypnotic affirmations & tapping in positive affirmation so you leave feeling refreshed, lighter & energized to go after your deepest desires!

In these sessions, you will learn:

  • How you can implement it into your daily life
  • Katie's personal EFT story and how it's changed her life
  • How to facilitate EFT on your own
  • Why EFT works and how it works with your mind
  • Each week we will be doing a LIVE EFT sequence together as well

Each week, we will be tapping on a different emotion, limiting belief or habit. EFT is intended to release stagnant energy and is NOT a replacement for therapy, psychotherapy, mental health guidance, mental health counseling, etc.
