Is there a fee for the reception?

No. You and a guest are invited to join uf for the closing reception. Enjoy a meet n' greet with presenters, networking, hors d'oeuvres, beverages and a special wine from Caymus - the award winning 2015 Grand Durif. Please be sure to secure your ticket for the reception separately so we may plan accordingly.

What's the refund policy?

Full refunds up to April 13, 11:30 pm. After 4/13/2018, fees will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee.

Is there a discount for NorthBay Healthcare employees (physicians and other healthcare professionals)?

Yes, you will see the ticket options. There is a 50% discount up until May 2, 2018.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, you do not have to bring your printed ticket.

No, please update your registration information so we have the required information.

Can I buy my ticket the day of the symposium?

Yes, however, in order to accomodate you for seating and catering, we encourage you to purchase your ticket in advance. Please know that there are no discounts after May 2nd.

Are there hotel accomodations nearby?

Yes, we have a block of rooms at Homewood Suites by Hilton, which is within walking distance of our conference center. Their telephone number is (707) 863-0300. When booking, please reference NorthBay Healthcare/Mayo Clinic. This block of rooms will be held until April 13th, 2018.

Is there anything to do nearby for my significant other during the day?

Absolutely! For guests not attending the conference we offer a wonderful afternoon touring the gorgeous Suisun Valley. Guests will be pampered with a limousine ride through tthe valley, a delicious lunch, complimentary wine tasting at award winning Suisun Valley wineries and olive oil tasting at Il Fiorello.
