FMLS Document Management 101

Joi Hardiman, FMLS Trainer, conducted an overview of the FMLS Document Management program at the September Sales Meeting. We had such a great response, we have asked her to return and conduct an in-depth training session (and 3-CE Hours) for our Agents.
Due to the rapid consumer adoption of smart mobile devices, it is predicted that mobile usage will overtake desktop usage by 2015. Learning to work with documents online will prepare agents for this trend now and allow them to be more organized and efficient during a real estate transaction. In this course, students will learn how to use FormsPro to create real estate contracts, request signatures electronically using eSign and discuss and practice electronic document storage using DocuPro. This class will also identify other time-saving tools for document and task management.
Joi will discuss: the features and benefits of electronic document management, how to create, store, share and sign documents online, how to share documents with other agents via their listings, how to produce audit trail reports, how to manage document file statuses and set preferences.
