Description

This course will help labor and management leaders get an elevated view relating to the organizational impacts when working with a multi-generational workforce. Participants will learn differences between multiple generations which exist today. Course participants will learn the different work styles and communication barriers associated with these generations. Participants will leave with tips and information at their disposal for successful collaborations and useful team-building approaches. This understanding is added value towards helping your workforce become vibrant and robust. This training is open to Federal Employees only and is ideal for Managers/Supervisors, Union Leaders and Members, and Mediator/Facilitators.

Collaborative methods of problem solving allow us to tap the rich reserves of knowledge and experience of all members of a group or team (and even our family members). However, it can be rough going! Learn the nuts and bolts as well as tools, tips for success, and traps to avoid in order to collaboratively solve those pesky conflicts we all have every day.
