Description

This course will help labor and management leaders understand how perceptions (good or bad) can lead decision-makers on an unclear path. The process of harvesting decisions is an important part of a sustainable future for an organization. Understanding the whole story while removing the lens of perception will guide organizational leaders to make and implement better decisions. This training is open to Federal Employees only and is ideal for Managers/Supervisors, Union Leaders, Mediators and Facilitators.

CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 0800 - This training is open to Federal Employees only and is ideal for Managers/Supervisors, Union Leaders and Members, and Mediator/Facilitators. Collaborative methods of problem solving allow us to tap the rich reserves of knowledge and experience of all members of a group or team (and even our family members). However, it can be rough going! Learn the nuts and bolts as well as tools, tips for success, and traps to avoid in order to collaboratively solve those pesky conflicts we all have every day.
