Marshall's Newest Summer Music Event

Flyover is the music festival for EVERY music lover. We are bringing you country, blues, classic, rock and more! This two day event is full of music, art, beer, wine, delicious foods and lots of fun!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Children are welcome at this event, you will need to purchase a separate ticket for each child over the age of 5. Children under 16 years of age will need to be supervised by an adult aged 21+.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is lawn parking available at the venue, it is first come first serve. There will be no charge for parking. More transportation information coming soon!

What can I bring into the event?

You may bring a chair or blanket into the event. (Chairs allowed only in lawn seating section)

No coolers allowed.

No pets allowed, however service animals are allowed.

No outside food or drink allowed. There will be food and drink available for purchase inside the venue.

What's the refund policy?

No refunds.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You may print your ticket and bring it to the event or show us on your phone. You will receive a wristband(s) at the gate prior to entry.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

No, tickets are non transferrable.

Will there be public restrooms?

Yes, there will be porta-potties located around the venue, including handicap accessibility.

Will you be serving alcohol?

There will be beer and wine available for purchase for any patron age 21+ with proper identification. No minors will be served alcohol. No outside alcohol is permitted. Please drink responsibly.

Is the venue handicap accessible? Will there be assistance for handicapped?

This event takes place outside; there is some uneven terrain that is not the easiest area to traverse for guests with disabilities. Please email us at marshallmoculturalcouncil@gmail.com with any questions. Designated handicapped parking spaces are available on a first come-first served basis. State issued tags are required.

Do you allow smoking?

There will be designated smoking areas located around the venue.

Will there be a VIP tent?

Yes, a limited number of VIP tickets are available for purchase. The VIP ticket includes a reserved seat in the VIP section, private cash bar, party patio atmosphere, complimentary light hors d'oeuvres, water and soft drinks, special band appearances and private porta-pottie.

What time can I arrive?

Gates open at 6:00PM on Friday June 7 and 12:00PM on Saturday June 8

Can I come and go as I please?

We DO allow it, but you must keep your wristband(s) on for reentry.

Is there a medical tent on site?

No, there will be a first-aid kit at the merch tent there is a hospital located just across the street.

Will there be security for the event?

Yes, there will be security at the event, they will also be checking bags at the gate.

Does the venue have WIFI?

Merchandise for sale?

The bands will have merch tents set up at the event.

Will there be a private fan meeting with the band members?

Purchase a VIP ticket for special band member appearances!

What happens if it rains?

Rain or shine, we're on. It could be quite hot too, so drink plenty of water before, during and after the event.

Do you accept credit cards or checks?

We do accept cash and major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. However, we cannot accept personal checks. Sorry about that, it's not that we don't trust you.

From Kansas City go east on Interstate 70, take exit 78B north to US Highway 65 for 10 miles

From St. Louis go west on Interstate 70, take exit 78B north on US Highway 65 for 10 miles

Outside food and drink, bottles and cans, coolers, picnic baskets, weapons (firearms, knives, pepper spray, stun-guns, concealed weapons, etc.) illegal drugs, chemicals, fireworks, smoke bombs etc., backpacks, suitcases, large beach bags etc., skateboards, roller skates, ice skates, roller shoes etc., unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements etc., bad attitudes and negativity, other items deemed inadmissible by event management.

*All bags, jackets, purses and guests are subject to search upon entering the event.

*Items which have varying policies inlude: cameras, video/audio recording equipment.

*Event Management reserves the right to handle each occurrence on a case by case basis. Depending on the item, the guest may either be asked to remove the item from the facility or dispose of the item.

Ticket Policy

"Management" means Marshall Cultural Council, and its affiliates. Management reserves the right without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by Management. Persons entering the facility are subject to search for contraband. Ticket user bears all risks of personal injury indcidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Ticket user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather. the resale or attempted resale of the ticket for a price higher than that appearing on the ticket is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. The ticket may not be used for advertisting promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Management. Ticket user consents to Management's use of their image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, or recording of the event.
