Flour's 10th Annual Cookie Swap

For the past 9 years, Flour Bakery has hosted a Cookie Swap during the month of December where people from the community bring two to three dozen of their favorite holiday cookies and come together for a few hours to tell stories, laugh, and eat delicious treats!Cost: $35 per person.All proceeds from the event this year will go to Catie's Closet. Catie's Closet is a local non-profit organization that provides the basic necessities of clothing and toiletries to students in grades K through 12 who are living in poverty or experiencing homelessness. Their goal is to reduce chronic absenteeism, and increase graduation rates and confidence by providing quality clothing and toiletries to children in need.

Optional Additional Donation: Catie's Closet installs in-school boutique inspired closets and fill them with seasonal clothing and full size toiletries that the students are then able to shop for free! Any additional donation of new or gently used clothing or toiletries will be accepted and they are providing a donation box at the event.

**CONTEST** We are going to give away a $25 Flour gift card to whoever comes dressed in the most festive + fun outfit!

We will provide beverages, pastry boxes, and a recipe book of all participants recipes. We ask that you bring two-three dozen of your favorite holiday cookies, and some holiday cheer! If you would like the recipe you are bringing to be included in our Cookie Swap recipe book, please submit it to jessicamorris@flourbakery.com by December 6th.

This is one of our favorite events to host as it brings people together for great food and a great cause!
