Flourish is for you if you’re feeling stuck, weighed down by old patterns, or seeking clarity for your next chapter.

What you will receive :

Pre-retreat Discovery Pack – a guided reflection to prepare your journey. Once you have signed up , this will be sent to you prior to the Retreat Day for you to complete before 19 October. Immersive Retreat Day – a full day of alignment - ritual, embodied tools, meditation, sound healing,and delicious foodPost-retreat Coaching Circle (online) – a feminine-led integration session to anchor your transformation


More about the Retreat Day:

The retreat day begins with a nourishing breakfast and an unhurried welcome, offering time to settle in and connect with fellow participants in a supportive, informal space.

We then gather in a reflective circle, where you’ll be invited to revisit your Self Discovery Booklet, completed prior to the retreat. This quiet reflection provides a foundation for deeper insight into your current state and the patterns that may be asking to shift.

A guided meditation follows, created to support grounding and encourage a soft openness to personal discovery. This gentle practice helps you come home to yourself, making space for clarity to begin to surface.

A two-course , vegetarian lunch is provided—thoughtfully prepared, seasonal, and shared in a peaceful setting—to support your body as you move through your inner work. Please do let us know if you have any other specific dietary requirements when you book.

In the early afternoon, we offer a teaching moment centred around the principle that energy follows thought. This session will offer insight into how your inner narrative shapes your experience, and how awareness can become a tool for quiet transformation.

After a short tea break with a light sweet treat, we gather again to set personal intentions—clear, simple steps or values to carry forward with you.

We close the day with a restorative sound healing session, a space to allow the day’s insights to gently settle. This is a time to simply receive, to anchor the experience, and to leave feeling supported, centred, and renewed.


Post retreat Coaching Circle (online)

One week after the Retreat Day , Sunday 26th October, the Flourish Retreat experience closes with an online 90 minute coaching session. This space sets and consolidates all that has been achieved through Flourish.


The Flourish retreat experience has been created and is brought to you by Cherene Roberts and Emma Downing. Cherene and Emma have developed Flourish as a space to reconnect with your inner self and to leave it with renewed energy, focus, and direction – fully nourished and supported.
