Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes - you can substitute someone - we'll just change the badge at or before the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No need to bring a printed ticket - we'll have name badges printed and a master list.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds will be issued up to Friday, February 23rd for payment less $30 processing fee.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

We'll just change the badge on the day of the event.
