About this event
Wildlife and pollinators are beautiful, colorful, diverse and fun to watch. Learn how to attract birds, bees, butterflies and other small animals to your landscape, and how you can create a beautiful wildlife garden. Learn how to create the right conditions and grow the best plants to make your garden a haven for birds, butterflies and other creatures you might want to attract. Wildlife/Pollinator gardens are a vibrant way you can help protect dwindling populations of some wildlife and create habitat they will thrive in. Stay around after class and take a tour in the UF/IFAS Extension Sarasota County pollinator garden. Please register for this event ONLY at ufsarasotaext.eventbrite.com rather than any third-party websites, as they are not affiliated with our classes and events.
Instructor: Forest Hecker, Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ specialist, UF/IFAS Extension Sarasota County.
