Event description

Description

Are irrigation costs or pond management challenges draining your organization’s budget? Do you and your property owners want better-looking, healthier landscapes for your money, time and effort?

Attend a free Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ (FFL) for Community Associations workshop to learn University of Florida (UF)’s powerful principles for sustaining healthy landscapes. We'll explore landscape care tips and identify resources for Community Leaders, including Association Directors, Architectural Review Board members, Lakes and Landscape Committees and Property Managers.

Communities are invited to qualify for our Community Advisory Service, which includes free community site visits with a Florida Yards and Neighborhoods Community Advisory team. The steps to qualify are simple, and include cost-saving recommendations you can use. You’ll discover how well your association is applying UF’s science-based best management practices. Plus, our recommendations enable easy-on-the-eyes-and-budget landscape options that everyone will enjoy.
