Travel Insurance is required for each attendee by LaCacade. The overall cost for travel insurance depends on cost of your airfare. It is not included in the package price, but can be arranged for you. Please let us know if you need a quote for travel insurance.

Elite Events Travel invites you on a magical journey to explore your creativity, delight your senses, and enjoy the art of living well in the South of France! Artisans making copper vessels, a 400 year old French Market , a freshwater stream flowing down the village street ~ these are just a few sights that await you in France during the summer season.
Our magical journey will begin upon our arrival in Toulouse, France. We will travel to the tiny medieval village of Durfort in the South of France. (about 1.5 hours drive from Tououse) This unspolied, authentic village that is seemingly untouched by time, is an artisan village located at the foot of a mountain gorge, in the Pyrenees mountain range. Durfort is known for their genuine, handmade copper vessels, where families have create these bespoke objects since the 15th Century.
Durfort is also home to our host for our weeklong retreat ~ LaCascade. Our delightful home-away-from-home, a 17th century chateau, situated on a small river with a lovely waterfall off the outdoor terrace. We will enjoy many evenings together on the terrace as the waterfall fills the rooms with music.
During our week in France we will enjoy so many wonderful things that encourage you to relish in the art of living well, and inspiring your creativity within. We will enjoy the scents, food, and culture of the South of France in only a way that should be experienced firsthand. We will begin by by exploring our creativity through flowers and scent!We will discover how to incorporate flowers into our daily lives through our fresh flower workshops. We will forage the French countryside for wildflowers and natural botanicals to create unique French inspired bouquets. During our creative process, you will learn to also create your own custom perfume using your very own professional perfume oils provided in our worshop. We will visit the 400 year old French Market (named one of the prettiest in all of France) and the Sunday Flea markets for unique treasures. We will also shop for one-of-a-kind vessels to use in our workshops. We will learn to harness the Mediterranean sun to create lovely botanical prints. We will also capture the essence of France for your Pinterest Boards and Instagram Feed, as well as floral styling techniques for photographing your creations. We will also savor in freshly prepared meals daily by our Private Chef, with delectable French wine and dessert served with Dinners. We will revel in our new creations, cherish new freindships and memories created! Together we will learn and see:

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Flights are the responsibility of each paricipant. Your final destination will be Toulouse, France. Airport Code: TLS After arriving in Toulouse, some attendees may prefer to rent their own car and drive to Durfort. (1.5 Hour Drive From Toulouse Airport) For those who DO NOT want to rent a car, we will arrange transportation by Bus or Van. There is an extra charge for this transportation and will include your transfers to and from Toulouse Airport, and all transportation for the entire week for excursions and field trips to area villages. The transportation cost for the week is $250.00 per person to be added to your final installement payment. If you want to include the transportation, please schedule your incoming flight to arrive by 2:00PM on arrival day June 8, 2017. And, please do not schedule your return flight before 10:00AM on departure day June 15, 2017, unless you intend to rent your own car.
What can I bring into the event?
A suggested packing list will be provided for suitable clothing and packing tips. All supplies, materials, information, and tools will be provided in workshops. A good camera is a must!

What's the refund policy?
Your initial deposit of $500.00 to hold your space is fully refundable until January 15, 2017. After January 15th, your second and third installment payments are non-refundable, however, in the case of an emergency cancellation, your space is transferrable.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes. If you need to make any changes with your registration information, please contact us through email, and we will be happy to update your information.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Absolutely! If you discover that you are unable to travel, your space is transferrable to another individual.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes. If for instance, a Credit Card name does not match the attendee. Please let us know the full name of the person who will be traveling, and an emergency contact for that individual.
